In Windows 10 you can see the mount of standby mark memory just by opening task manager, select the memory tab form the left and hold you mouse over the "memory composition" bar graph in the middle (it will probably be the big middle chunk). A processes working set contains memory that is shared between processes (DLLs) and private pages (memory that is used/reserved exclusively for the process). This good functionality has nothing to do with Windows 10. The VMM marking memory as 'Standby' as been around for quite some time - even in Windows 7. This is partly false and partly misleading.
